• Information about your dog — breed, age and behavioural history relevant to training
• The content of any messages or enquiries you send us
• Payment and billing details when you pay for a service (handled securely by our payment provider — see "Who We Share Your Information With")

Information we collect automatically — if you accept analytics cookies (see below), we collect limited information about how you use the site: the pages you visit, the approximate location derived from your IP address, your device and browser type, and anonymised recordings of on-page interactions. We do not collect any of this until you choose to accept analytics cookies.

Cookies and Analytics

Essential cookies are needed to make the website work and to remember your cookie choice. These are always on and do not require your consent.

Analytics cookies are switched off by default. We use a third-party website analytics provider, hosted in the European Union, to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it — including anonymised session recordings of page interactions. Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the trusted service providers that help us run our business, each acting under its own privacy terms and a data-processing agreement with us:

• Acuity Scheduling — manages our online bookings and appointments.
• Square — securely processes card payments for our services.
• Website analytics provider — provides EU-hosted analytics about how visitors use the site, only where you have accepted analytics cookies.
• Vercel — hosts the website and processes technical server logs, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site.
• Embedded content — some pages include maps from Google Maps and videos from YouTube and Vimeo. These providers may set their own cookies when you interact with that content.

We may also disclose your information where we are required to do so by law.

International Transfers

Our analytics data is stored within the European Union. Some of our other providers (such as Google) may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses — to ensure your data remains protected to UK standards.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your personal data only for as long as we need it. Enquiry information is kept for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and a reasonable period afterwards. Booking and financial records are kept for at least six years to meet HMRC and accounting requirements. Analytics data is retained in line with our analytics provider's retention settings. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
